Hi! My name is Illanith Benjamin
and I help young women and their mothers live healthier, happier lives. With over 15 years of experience as a guidance counsellor, certified yoga and mindfulness instructor and holistic wellness coach, I work with women one-on-one and in groups to help give them the resources, tools and strategies they need to succeed in an ever-changing world.
